I want to add an area below where I can enter special symbols, such as the copyright input area on the homepage. Is there any good way to solve it?

You will need to add a text frame to that page, best done in the Page Template:

You have a page override. You edited the page directly, not the page template. Right-click the page with the red triangle and remove page overrides.
