Activation for Cubase 12 is on Steinberg licensing tied to your account. You can’t really lose activation. So you need to give details about what problem you are having exactly?
In my case I purchased 2 activation, one is cubase pro update from 13 to 14 and I have redeemed to my donwload manager. And the second one was Cubase Pro 14 which I purchased for my business relation’s computer. And this where disaster happened, when I accidentally permanent deleted the email of receipt include activation code. Which I haven’t redeemed yet. I don’t know how can I get it back the code for that new cubase 14 Pro. I tried to use support ticket, cause I still have the invoice of the purchase. Just did it by today, hopefully I can get it back.
But the point is, we cannot have the history of our purchase inside MySteinberg or whatever our dashboard account is, am I correct? No activation code history, so in case we lost the email of our activation code and haven’t redeemed it yet, it’s very risky that we don’t have the backup data from steinberg wasn’t?

But your problem seems to be that you have two accounts?
Ok. Account only shows activations because Steinberg outsource the sales to a 3rd party. You need to contact the Fastspring shop support and maybe they can resend a copy of the mail.
