Can I remove only Cubase Studio 5 registration from USB-eLicenser?

I want to transfer the Cubase Studio 5 registration to another new USB-eLicenser.

Welcome to the forum.
Yes, that’s possible. Plug both eLicensers into your computer so that both appear in the eLicenser Control Center (eLCC). Then use the mouse to drag and drop the Cubase license to the other eLicenser. You may also want to update the eLCC to the latest version.
