While using Iconica scketch I adjusted all articulation for a oboe instrument to all notes midi track.
How I can copy the same articulations I did for Oboe to another track e.g. Piccolo having the same notes in this track but transposed for a Piccolo range?

If you are talking about the MIDI Notes transposition, copy the MIDI Part over to the new track, select the MIDI Notes and move the notes up (or use the Shift + Arrow Up) to transpose by Octave.
If you want to adapt the Expressino Map, you have to open the Expression Map, change all the Root Notes and then Save it with the new name.
