I’ve updated my Mac with 5.1 - Iconica Sketch working fine there. On my iPad, I’ve downloaded the new sounds library, and I’ve changed the sounds on one of my scores (and the expression maps too). The brass sounds are good, but everything plays very legato. Am I missing something on how to change a playback technique or something? Thanks for any advice.
Welcome to the forum, Gerald. The Iconica Sketch sounds are the same on desktop and iPad, and have the same expression maps driving them. The only difference, I guess, is the default reverb on each platform will be different. Perhaps try reducing the reverb on your iPad.
To do this, show the Mixer in the lower zone, find the master output fader on the right, and tap the e button to show the interface for the built-in reverb; reduce the Mix value, and see if you like that any better.

Thanks Daniel. Mix was already pretty low, but did help some. I’m very impressed with this playback on the iPad - it is VERY usable for the time I’m away from my desktop with NotePerformer. All the other features in 5.1 are great (fermata playback, glissando, piano human playback).

Hello. I have iconica on my cubase 14 on pc. Is there a way to use on ipad on cubasis 3?? While traveling I would love to record some melodies
No, at the moment there is no way to use Iconica Sketch in Cubasis, I’m afraid.
