Some of the menu icons are not loading correctly.
Restarting it sometimes fixes.
Are you on Windows or macOS, @elie.wu.491? It looks as if in fact it’s one of the weights of the UI text font that isn’t loading, rather than the icons that aren’t loading. Do you have any third party font software running on your system that dynamically activates or deactivates fonts?

I believe you may run into this problem on iPad if you have third party fonts installed via font profiles in your system. Can you check whether you have any fonts installed via custom profiles, and if so, remove them?
I don’t have any fonts installed when I check my settings. I don’t really customize my iPad that way so I doubt I’d have any. Dorico loads fine now, but I didn’t change anything to fix it
