Idle Cubase crash

Cubase 7.5 is working fine now that I have removed the Eucon and Nektar functionality. Oddly enough, it’s only when I’m not using it that it crashes now :stuck_out_tongue:

Any idea what could be causing a crash when the program is just sitting there idle for a few hours?

Is the PC going into sleep or energy-saver mode after a certain time? Cubase and plugs can hate that sometimes.

Or just the USB ports doing their energy saving, and the connection to your usb gear gets interrupted. Look at your power settings and make sure usb isn’t set to energy saving.
