Hi, I am setting up for Atmos 7.1.4 in Cubase 15. This involves 11 speakers: Front pain, Mid pair Rear Pair, Centre speaker, two pairs of overheads.
This is my first entry to Atmos and set up is definitely scary in comparison to stereo or 5.1, but hey you only live once.
Whilst I wait for delivery, I hope to solve the problem of speaker stands - 11 of them.
My space is both for general personal use and for composing. It is a large wooden summer house. The roof is an apex of roughly 15%. I can’t drill into the roof so will have to glue batons. It’s a personal space rather than strictly a studio. I compose in MIDI mostly. I do not master.
The MTMs have a socket under the speaker which takes a “microphone stand”. They are an oddball shape. Iloud also sell some wall mounts, but the cheapest are £50, (x11) which is too much.
Does anyone know a after market solution for this? I need to attack 4 speakers near to the ceilings and four speakers behind, on walls.
