Hello, just installed elements 9 and when I load up a project from my previous version of Cubase, it loads all the tracks but instead of showing the waves, the tracks are blank with an “image construction error” message on them. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Editing will be very tricky like this…
I would suggest closing the project. Go to the file location for the project and delete the Images folder. Then reload the project. Do the waveforms reload properly now?
