Import Audio with preset channel strip settings

I would love to be able to have the option that when I import audio files some of the channel strip features are set by default.

For example
The high/low pass filters on particular settings,
Channel Strip before inserts.
Options to set enable certain sends

Hi,

Make your favorite Hi/Lo pass filter settings, then use the Save as Default Preset option from the Select Preset drop-down menu. Unfortunately this doesn’t work for the whole Channel Strip.

So I would create own Track preset.
