Import issue with Default song

I have a Default Song as below:

I have exported my cubase project with parts (arrenger track) as below:

If I import my song by File/Import Media Project in VST Live, I can see that the first part of the default song is replaced by the first part of the imported song (in red), and also the trigger is good only at first “rap” but then it no longer matches with the triggers in the Cubase project (in blue).

Did you export a tempo track as well? If not, what was the tempo in Cubase, and then in VST Live?

Yes I exported a tempo track with tempo 140 and 120.
