import Tracks from project /limited track type choice

since the update i can only import Audio tracks from another project.
before the import options included Group tracks and FX tracks, basically ALL track types.
what happened?

Hi,

Audio, Instrument and MIDI tracks are supported for the Import > Tracks from Project. FX and Group Channels are not (and were not) supported.

that is soooo ridiculous!!!
so basically it’s back to having to open a previous project and save the desired track settings of non audio/instrument/midi tracks, return to the current project and import the tracks.
why this was not implemented for ALL track types for the new function in the first place just boggles common sense!

seriously: am i the only one who frequently gets an FX of Group track for it’s settings from a previous project??

can i bump this one - this would be a really handy improvement
