Imported Rex (.RX2) files not correct Loop End marker, Tempo info

I noticed that my rex files were not playing back correctly.
When looking at the imports, Cubase seems to import similarly to what Recycle imports: the entire file, not the relevant loop part (which is what Dr.REX imports).

This causes the loops to not sound correct in Mediabay (with tempo sync on)
As well as when importing to the Arranger.

Additionally, when looking at the files in the Pool, none of the tempo information is correct. This information is already embedded in the RX2 files.

thanks

I confirmed the Start and End Locators Loop locators are now fixed and working in Cubase 14.0.3,
however now the Tempo Sync is not working whatsoever, and 2x and 1/2 speeds don’t seem accurate (at least the 2x).
And, if you try to drag from MediaBay to the Arranger with the Speed options, neither of them are included.

Previewing rex files with project tempo sync enabled has long been an outstanding issue in Cubase/Nuendo for years now. I can’t wait for the day the devs finally address it. For now I reluctantly add a Reason rack plugin with an instance of Dr. Octo Rex to a track to preview rex loops in sync and then drag and drop the desired rex loop from the file browser or Mediabay to an audio track or sampler track. I’m running Nuendo 14.0.30 on a Mac Studio M1 Max with the latest MacOS version.
