Hi . i imported a few wav files into a new cubase 8 project to different tracks in ma arrange window.
now if i try to select a single file, some of them are connected with eachother so i can´t select just one file but always a whole bunch …pls help… i just don´t find a solution … i tried to reimport… singele files … groupwise … it´s always the same bunch thats connected … any ideas?
Sounds peculiar. Is there any chance you can upload a screenshot.
Events in the arrange window can sometimes be grouped. With one of the joined/connected events selected look under the edit menu if the group/ungroup options are clickable. That could be your problem.
