Anyone else having an issue when you import a MIDI file it changes the Workspace layout? I have three display monitors, and when I import a MIDI file via the File menu, all my open windows gather on my center display. I’m using Cubase 8.0.35 at the moment.

I would say the same rule, as for creating a new Empty project is applied here (because the new project is created in fact). If you change your Preferences > Open Projects in Last Used View to Always, it should keep your last Workspace (Windows Layout) even when a new project is created and a MIDI File is imported.
