I hope someone can help. I’ve been a long time user of Cubase 5.5 and just recently upgraded to 7, which i absolutely love so far, but there’s one little niggle that i’m having trouble with.
I write a lot of my music in a program called Guitar Pro. I write all the guitars, drums, bass, keys, then import the midi into Cubase and change virtual instruments etc. and play the guitars live.
With Cubase 5.5 i used to be able to import the midi and it would add all the tracks, markers, tempo and time signature changes. With cubase 7 this doesn’t happen. I know i could go and edit timings/tempo manually but it’s an extra, sometimes quite time consuming step.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to re-enable this feature?
Any help would be fantastic.
