Importing video

Hello

I want to import a video to my project.

I click file, import, then select the video file I want and it won’t do it. It says invalid or not supported file.

I checked the manual and it says which file types are supported. I’ve tried with .Mov and .AVi and neither work.

Are there other limitiations on what can be imported other than file type?

Quicktime installed?

Just make sure your cubase is UP TO DATE.

I have the same problem untill I update to latest version.

I’ve now updates and installed Quicktime
