Sorry because everyday I got a new issue on Cubase 
Now today is a strange one : almost all the plugins I put on my groups and my outputs are deactivated… And I can’t activate them (see on attached file).
I think the problem is on groups, stereo out & VSTi but not on audio tracks…

turn off “Constrain Delay Compensation” ?
