there are some plug-ins out there which comprise of Two parts, network AU namely.
One such an example would be Wireless Audio by Secret designs ,which includes two
AU, receiver and transmitter, and you would need both in order to use it, unfortunately
Cubasis only sees one of them, Transmiter.
Cubasis shows the plug-ins depending on the track type (audio or midi) and weather the plug-in is an effect, generator or midi controlled effect etc.
I’ve yet to bump into plug-ins that are not visibe in Cubasis after koling at Rhen in the correct location.

Thanks.
I’m aware of AU types ,but this one is tricky.
Transmiter part of AU plugin is registered as an Audio Effect Unit type ,
so Cubasis shows it in the Insert FX list, when the other part of plugin, Receiver
is most likely declared as generator.
Since Cubasis expects any AUv3 instrument to expose Midi,
and WirelessAudio is an Audio plugin and it doesn’t expose Midi,
so Cubasis hides it from the list.
Gotcha!
In Cubasis ‘Generators’ are loaded on to Midi Tracks.
In the case of Cubasis as the host the routing becomes tricky as the audio produced by a ‘Generator’(loaded on a Midi Track) can not directly be routed to an audio track for recording…
The ‘de-facto’ solution @LSlowak usually suggest is ‘Freeze’ but that won’t work for a streamed real-time sources so Cubasis actually needs a bit more flexible track routing where the output from a Midi Track(hosting the ‘Generator’) can directly recorded as audio to another Audio Track.
In LogicPro for iPad this is not an issue but as long as there’s no way to directly record the audio output from a ‘Midi Track’ to another AudioTrack using Wireless Audio won’t work as expected in Cubasis.
I see, i didn’t know that .Since Wireless Audio Receive “produces” sound
only, without needing a midi Cubasis puts it in a midiFX plugin category ?
That’s not right in my opinion ,and this is a good example. Generator also
should be allowed to be inserted as an Instrument . Similar way to how
you can pipe IAA audio directly onto the track.
