Sometimes Cubase takes a ridiculously long time to close, in excess of 3 minutes. When closing Cubase I can see the memory usage gradually decrease from 10,000mb to 0, at a very slow pace. This is most obvious on large sessions, but it’s always been pretty slow in this respect. Is there a reason it has to be this way, or can the devs speed this up?
I’ve been force quitting, but I’ve been told that this is risky behavior and there is a chance my prefs will become corrupted. Anything I can do on my end to speed this up? Thanks
