What did you update from - was it an old version or you generally up to date?
Have you updated the driver?

Have you checked it’s selected in Cubase preferences?

Need more info really. If you could define what not working means.

I’m on Windows 11 and testing Cubase 12 at the moment on my UR22.

It works very well on my side.

I have Windows 11 Home 22H2 installed with an Intel(R) Core™ i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz PC. Cubase 12, the latest update and UR22 with Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver 2.0.4. I kept this version, because it worked very well with Windows 10. Version 2.1.1 seems to have some problems for certain environments.

It is very important to follow Yamaha’s recommendations when installing the 2.0.4 driver. That’s what I did and everything is fine. I hope you find a solution to your problem.
