In mackie mode; how do get mixer bank to stay focused in mixer window?

As above; I would have thought that the mix bank should always be focused in the centre of the mix console? ie scroll to the centre?

Hi,

Mackie Control Remote Device doesn’t follow the selection in Cubase. MIDI Remote (and the MIDI Remote Mackie Control script) follows the selection in Cubase.

Which one do you ask for?

Or what do you mean by “scroll to the centre”?

Cheers…where do I find that script?

I would like the mixer to keep the selected mackie bank in the middle of the window…

Actually I simply hacked it and send a command to select track 4 in the bank and the mix window scrolls to it…but I would imagine it makes sense to have it track movement across the console?

Hi,

You can also use other but MixConsole 1. All the hardware remote devices are linked to the MixConsole 1. The other MixConsoles are independent. So if you need a specific view for some reason, use MixConsole 2, 3 or 4 for this specific view.

Well thats strange because the mixconsole 1 does not update when I bank left or right?

Yes thats how Im setup up, mixconsole 2 is dedicated to ‘brauer bussing’ and mix 3 for fx array.

Even SX had mulitple consoles…so Ive been a fan and using since then…quite a while ago now :slight_smile:

Where do you bank? On which device? Mackie Control device doesn’t sync completely. MIDI Remote does.

Banking on Legacy MCU but it works fine with the small hack of selecting a track on banking.
