In mixer, how do i view MIDI inserts of Instrument track???

It shows the audio inputs.

MIDI tracks show MIDI inserts as that’s the only insert they offer. Instrument tracks however have both, and I don’t see a way to change this or switch between the two,

anyone know?

True for Instrument Tracks as the OP asked. But if you have MIDI Tracks their MIDI Inserts will show up in the MixConsole Insert section.

Yes, of course. You can see the MIDI Inserts of the MIDI tracks in the MixConsole.

So the solution would be to use a MIDI Tracks and send the MIDI data to the Instrument tracks.
