In Project/Notepad, Shift+a (to get a capital 'A') moves typing cursor to top of notepad

  • Open Project Notepad
  • Type of a few lines of random gibberish
  • A few lines down, try typing a capital ‘A’
  • Typing cursor moves to top of note pad, but a capital ‘A’ is typed… not where you intended

This seems to be specific to your system.

Here, it works as expected on C15/Windows 11:

Maybe some sort of lock has been activated by accident?
