Good day.
I am sure that you are currently working on a new update of the cubasis application.
I have a suggestion, please make it so that the audio folder has access to the memory of the sd card (flash drive) to use samples on the flash drive, since a large volume of samples can be loaded onto a 512 GB or 1 TB flash drive, as the tablet specifications allow.
And the memory of the tablet itself is 128 GB, part of which is occupied by applications.
At the moment, there is no access to the sd card flash drive in the cubasis application.
Android 14 also blocks access to files in the android folder, where the cubasis application folder is located, you have to dodge to open two windows of the file manager application in order to add projects or samples to the desired cubasis folders. Not even every file manager has full access to folders and files through blocking in android 14.
To add your midi files, you need the same access to the flash drive for the midi folder in cubasis.
Of course, there is also a request to add the ability to switch from the midi editor to the staff editor, with the ability to save the music sheet in pdf format for further printing. - That would be very cool and great!
I hope that you will consider my suggestions and they will appear in the new update.
Thank you.
With respect to you, Your user of the Cubasis application.
Hi @maks_w
We’re in preparation of the next Cubasis update, which will be announced once becoming available.
Cubasis allows to backup data to external drives. The available options, as well as the description how to access through an Android file manager are described in the MediaBay chapter of the Cubasis help.
