The same way you activate any other input.
and how do you do that exactly, I’ve never had this problem with inputs before?
How do you what exactly? Setting up inputs and busses is explained in the Cubase manual (if that´s the software you´re talking about…?)
And since I don´t know what interface you´re using, refer to the interface, if the limitation lies with that…

nevermind, I’ve got it, I set up a track in VST connections and everything is now fine…
