Inconsistent Chord Symbol design in score vs. parts

Hi everyone

I’ve run into an issue where the chord symbol design looks different in the score than it does in the parts.

(I mean the position of minor symbol and seventh)

The only settings I’ve changed are in Engraving Options, and I haven’t adjusted anything specific for layouts or individual parts.

Is there something I might be missing? Do I need to change a setting separately for score and parts somehow? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance! :folded_hands:

Can you upload a blank project containing this symbol?

As a side note, this issue does not appear in Dorico 5. This is the same file.

Another side note: I noticed that it has something to do with the spacing. The lower the spacing, the more the symbols move - both in the score and in the parts.

We’re investigating this at the moment but haven’t had a chance to work out what’s going on. As you say, it’s something to do with the relationship between the offsets in Engraving Options and the space size for the layout.

It does look like this is a bug, so it’s something we’ll have to investigate further.
