Where did that extra vertical spacing come from?
There is nothing in the paragraph style to account for it.

If there’s nothing in the spacing of the paragraph style, is it possible that the text entered in Project Info has an (invisible) carriage return after the title or before the subtitle? This might have happened if you copied and pasted from some other source. You can try selecting everything in the text box and retyping it.
