Change parameters via scroll wheel is disabled, but it almost seems that my ability to scroll, either vertically or horizontally, over events in the arrange window is at random. Is there any way to fix this behavior? It doesn’t seem to be an intended behavior, but I am fairly new to Cubase. Currently on 14.0.30, M2 Max Mac Studio running macOS 15.3.1 with a Logitech MX Master 3S mouse.

Most of the time I am able to scroll horizontally and vertically while the cursor is hovering over a piece of audio, but on some occasions nothing occurs and I am not able to. It doesn’t seem to depend on whether something in the project is highlighted or any other factor that I noticed.
