Incorrect Rest Display in Gli Altri Divisi

For some reason, Dorico 3 displays a half rest on beat two of a 6/8 measure in a “gli altri” violin staff (please see attached image). Additionally, Dorico 3 creates an unwanted fermata on that half rest which cannot be deleted separately.

Does anyone have a solution/workaround to these behaviors, or is it a known issue/bug?

I’d recommend putting divisi changes at the start of bars wherever possible, i.e. to coincide with barlines, and manually duplicate any unison material required. In this case, the previous barline to where the divisi change is currently.
