Ok steinberg, whatever, fix this!!
Are you running in compatibility mode? On Windows 10 I’ve found compatibility mode fixes certain problems for me (i.e. crash on exit) but causes some plugins to load, and even open after hiding, very very slowly. This is especially true of Izotope stuff.
