Im having a problem I remember having with cubase way back in the sx days… When recording vocals in it sounds like i hear multiple voices, maybe a slight delay… But there shouldn’t be, buffer is right down, plugins a minimal and when i switch over to pro tools everything is fine…
Its only cubase, am I overlooking something here? as I said the hardware set up is all good and working fine in pro tools, but in in Cubase its like i hear myself as doubletracked, coming in the input & one track record/monitor armed going to stereo outs… Ive tried while disabling the inserts and sends also, same issue…
And direct monitoring is not the solution i am looking for thanks.
EDIT: oops just realized i had Virtual tape machines on the master bus… dangit… but still in 2016 this aint possible lol…
