Insert effect slots have disappeared. I’m unable to add insert effects, not seeing my usual list.
Am I missing something. Has anyone encountered this problem?

What window are you talking about, please? Could you attach a screenshot, please?
If you are talking about the Channel Settings Window, switch from the Routings to the Inserts down on the left side of the window, please.
