Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to remove/insert bars from the start of a project without losing project automation?
Been googling around and can’t seem to find anything. 
Thx in advance!
Set your left locator to the point where you want the silence inserted
Set your right locator an appropriate distance away
Then do edit → range → insert silence
To delete a section, set the locators and do edit → range → delete time
Project Setup → Bar Offset might do what you need.
