I bought cubase 6 , cubase artist also came on the CD, does that mean I can install cubase artist as well.
how does that effect my licence…?

Cubase 6 and Cubase artist 6 use the same installer. They are practically the same program, your license determines which parts of the program are activated and available. If your license is for Cubase 6, it’ll open as Cubase 6. If it’s artist, then that’s what opens.
