Install Cubase 8.5 and VST Sound Files Go Missing

I installed Cubase 8.5 and now the sounds files for the following VST instruments are missing:

Padshop
Loopmash
Groove Agent SE4

In all cases there seems to be a missing sound archive. The system is prompting me to search for the folder where the files are located. However, the files are nowhere on my system so I can’t map anything. However, the files for these VST instruments are there:

Halion Sonic SE2
Mystic
Prologue
Retrologue
Spector

I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing twice with no luck. This is a brand new install on a Mac desktop running Yosemite OS 10.10.1.

Are you using the full Cubase 8.5 installer? Are you uninstalling the VST plugins that are complaining about missing files? That usually fixes it.

No, I haven’t done that. Could you please guide me through how to uninstall a VST instrument? Then I can uninstall each and then try re-installing 8.5 over again. Maybe that’ll do it.

And yes, I’m using the full installer.
