I have Cubase Artist 8 on my system for years.I just recently purchased Cubase Pro 8 (full …not upgrade) and tried to install on my system. It says I already have Cubase 8 and do I want to reinstall? So, apparently it may not know the difference between Artist and Cubase Pro? the question is…do i need to uninstall Artist first? before i install Pro 8? additionally…my Artist came with a dongle. The new Cubase Pro also came with a dongle…do i need to have both? or just use the new dongle on Cubase Pro 8 so that the Artist dongle stays with Artist?

Czar Artist and Cubase Pro is one installer and one application only. If you already have Char 8 Artist installed, just activate your license and you are done.
