Installed Cubase 11 not showing in Elicenser

Hi

I have followed the activation process, but when I paste the code into the elicenser, it says there is no license that can be upgraded?

CB11 is not showing at all

Hi and welcome to the forum,

First of all, blur the Soft-eLicenser Number and the USB-eLicenser Number at your screenshot, please. You should never share them publicly.

As far as I can see, you are owner of Cubase 10.5. I understand it so, you want to update to Cubase Pro 11. Did you buy the Update from Cubase 10.5, or did you buy an update from Cubase 10, by mistake, please?

It seems the update purchased does not go up to 10.5.

“Cubase Pro 11 Update from Cubase (Pro) 4 / 5 / 6 / 6.5 / 7 / 7.5 / 8 / 8.5 / 9 / 10 / Download”

I guess I need to rectify this!
