I couldn’t install the software for my UR816-C on my second computer. What can I do to use the software on both computers?

What do you mean with software?
The installation of the License control center and the drivers are not restricted in any way.
The dsp FX are hardware based… they move with the device.
Only the plugins and the older Cubase versions need a license stored on an eLicenser…
