Installing upgraded version of Pro8 on new laptop

A little while ago I purchased the pro 8 upgrade from Cubase 7.5 and installed on my laptop.

I have now bought a new laptop and i wonder - do i need to install 7.5 again before installing the pro 8 upgrade or can i just install pro 8 straight off?
If anyone can answer this it would be appreciated.
