Each time I go to create a new layer, the default is Kontakt 7, even though I’ve been using Kontakt 8 for more than a year. I see nothing in Preferences to affect this. What am I missing?
When creating a new layer VSTL uses the “Default Layer” as template. If you want a new default layer, create one with Kontakt 8 and use menue “Layer/ save default layer”. After that, every new created layer will use this as default layer.
