Instrument tracks out put good but no audio track output

hi I have output on all instrument tracks but suddenly no output on my vocal track
I have checked my settings and can’t see anything wrong
can anyone help
I have never had this problem before

Do you have any sends to outboard effects units in your vocal chain? If so, you might need to perform the export in Real Time Export mode. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/2V85V1J.png
