I wrote to Nuendo Support in German several weeks ago, but even after multiple Tickets I received no reply. This really annoyed me as a customer, because my question had an impact on the further course of a film project. As a customer, you expect to be helped. The support is at least as important as the software.
I wanted to know if templates and project files are compatible between Nuendo 12 and 13. The sound designer has the newer version and wants to send it to me afterwards. I am working with the older Version.
