Interface problem with cubase 12

Do someone have this problem?
I installed some plugins from steinberg for my interface UR44C
Now I have problems with my cubase 12
It doesn’t work when my interface is connected
Some advice?

The plugins are (dspMixFx Version 2)
The problem is when I start cubase with my interface on, the cubase takes forever to open end it doesn’t react to commands.
When I start cubase without my interface, it works perfectly. But the sound cams out from my Mac
