Internal dither: settings for flat/pure TPDF

Hi …

I use TPDF dither.

I think I remember seeing a post from PG a long while back that said:

Internal dither type 1 flat no noise shaping is flat/pure TPDF.

I have done forum search and cannot seem to locate this. The manual does not exactly say.

Is this in fact the setting for flat/pure TPDF.

I failed to find that post when I looked; but my recollection is the same. You can see the noise-shaping by looking at the spectrum of the output while changing dither type, and you will see the increased tip-up in the extreme treble of the noise floor as you change the settings away from 1.
