Hi, on the next release can you PLEASE! allow Cubase to be accessed through an internet connection as well as the dongle. Reason does it so why can’t you as you purport to be a market leader. It is so annoying. Sometimes I want to sit in my armchair and do some editing on the laptop instead of having to go into my studio and boot everything up. My dongle is in the back of my computer (that is built into a unit) as I don’t want it stolen (i’m not paying another £400 plus for a new Cubase. If I had to buy another DAW I would buy Protools) Dragging the computer out to get to the dongle is a right pain. So come on your always pinching other DAWs ideas so why not follow reasons lead and pinch another one
So you’re the reason why Steinberg implemented a new licensing system. Shame on you!
so 9 years later hahaahahahah
so he was hoping for a dongle-free Cubase, maybe he did update since 2016 ?!?! There was no shame in wishing for this back then
the sarcasm isn’t that obvious
