Nah, it’s , sadly, radio silence on the issue…sorry to hear you are having these issues…
At least after reading through everyone else’s experiences here I’ve managed to get it opening up ok ( cubase 13.0.30) that is.
And interestingly one of the files that I was trying to run from my Dropbox app, worked fine when I logged into the browser instead - so that’s one fixed. There were issues with 12 at first for me for the first time ever ( I’ve been a cubase user since buying the producer pac back in the 90’s when audio was first introduced I believe. So I expected some issues but the complete radio silence from Steinberg is extremely disappointing.
I am so pleased for you!! Great stuff. As you probably read, I had to reconstruct some files because I never managed to open the invalidated Cubase files…
Amazing to hear you never had issues since before CB 12.
I did have some performance issues in the past, and the usual occasional crashes, but nothing of that magnitude.
Yeah, it’s indeed disappointing to hear absolutely nothing back…my guess is that they don’t know what the issue is either, or how to fix it…
