iPad: Input a time signature on a selected staff only?

Is it possible to input a time signature on just one selected staff only without a QWERTY keyboard attached? (ie on an iPad)

Guide suggests you need a keyboard attached so as to “type” Alt/Opt and Enter.

Yes, hold down the option/alt key while clicking return in the Measure pop over.

Unfortunately this can’t currently be done if you don’t have an external keyboard.
