You cannot record directly into it, but you load via many methods, as well as drag and drop into it from within a Cubase project, Windows Explorer etc. The only software sampler that allows you to record into it is the E-mu Emulator X.
Ya thanks 4 the info … sure steinberg can update that to do like wise … its good enough 4 now …
I hope SB will concentrate more on the sampler / synth engine instead of implementing real-time sampling.
The audio import is possible in several very convenient ways, especially if you are a Cubase user, check the manual.
