Is it possible to activate Cubase LE 4 ?

Hi,
I’d like to activate an unused Cubase LE 4 license. But the eLicenser program tells me that this code is already used but I can’t understand why ?

Is it still possible to activate Cubase LE 4 license ?

Always ‘already used activation code’ but I never used it…
